Orders

Orders will be filled within 24 hours. For custom orders, an e-mail confirmation that your order has been filled will be sent with a photo. On larger orders, credit card signature may be required to be on file (faxed signature on invoice). We reserve the right to substitute items that may be temporarily out of stock with items of equal or greater value.

Shipping & Delivery

Gift Basket Junction specializes in custom gift baskets. We ship nationwide from Golden, Colorado. Gift baskets to Denver and the greater Denver Metro area are usually received the next business day. Shipping times on all other orders vary depending on destination.

Most shipping is via USPS (which can take up to 3-7 business days) for orders within Colorado, unless otherwise stated. Orders outside of Colorado will ship via Fed Ex.  2-Day Air and Next Day Air is available for an additional charge. Orders usually ship within 24 hours, except on weekends or holidays. Shipping prices vary depending on size, weight and destination.  We cannot guarantee delivery if the address provided to us is incomplete or incorrect. An additional $10 shipping charge will be applied for redelivery.  If you would like to use your business shipping account, please let us know. We will be happy to accommodate your request. 

SPECIAL HOLIDAY NOTE: During peak holiday seasons, delivery times are not guaranteed. Please allow for additional shipping time.

MELT ALERT: Chocolate gift baskets must be sent Next Day Air during the summer months (May-October). During this time, our other gift baskets may still be shipped Ground. However, we will substitute chocolate items with non-melting treats.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the perishable nature of our gourmet baskets. However, we will replace any items broken during shipping.

We respect your privacy and will never share or sell your information to anyone.
